Morning:
3 slices ham, macadamia nuts, coffee with cream

Afternoon:
leftover ribs (for the last time.  yea!) canned peaches, 100% juice.
wasabi almonds

Evening:
Spaghetti on spaghetti squash, broccoli (recipe to follow)

Note:  Probably didn't eat nearly enough today...just wasn't feelin' it!
