Morning:
   3 slices ham, orange, strawberries, almonds

Afternoon:
   1 link organic sausage, strawberries, applesauce

Evening:
   Turkey Polish Sausage and peppers (Recipe posted this evening)
   Apples with cinnamon pan cooked in butter...yum!
